The Family SPOT Resource Center, located in the St. Mark modulars, is offering a free parenting workshop.
Do you find yourself saying: ”I am so tired of repeating myself to my child.”

If this sounds familiar, come joins us for a workshop series of Dr. Becky Bailey’s Conscious Discipline® program. We will explore the 10 Steps to Positive Discipline that help you respond rather than react when disciplining your child. This program will also help strengthen your relationships with your family members. You will be able to practice new skills, share your parenthood experiences and learn from other participants’ experiences.
All parenting workshops are from 10 a.m. to noon on the first, third and fifth Saturdays of each month. During May, the workshops are May 4 and 18; in June, they meet June 1, 15 and 29.
